What is communication that opens the way to the future?
In TURN meetings, we think about and discuss possibilities for the TURN art project. For this 8th TURN meeting, we explore communication that enables people with different characteristics such as different cultures, environments and backgrounds to intermingle. How can the essence of an individual be shared with diverse people? We welcome as our guest Takaya Matsuda, co-founder of MIRAI GENGO, a project that contemplates communication a hundred years from now. Together with new TURN project designer Laila Cassim, they will discuss the possibilities for expressive modes and methods of communication that do not rely on traditional language, as well as the possibilities on the part of the communicator and the communicatee.

*This event will be conducted in Japanese.
