【Mé】

げんだいげいじゅつかつどうちーむめ

Artist

Mé is an artist collective whose activities are characterized by individual creativity with an emphasis on cooperation. Its core members consist of 3 people: artist Haruka Kojin, director Kenji Minamigawa, and producer Hirofumi Masui. The group creates works that draw the audience into realization of the endlessly uncertain real world. Representative works include the exhibition Unreliable Reality – The Where of This World at the Shiseido Gallery in 2014, the Utsunomiya Museum of Art external project Day With a Man’s Face Floating in the Sky(2014), Completed Conjectur at Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2015, Elemental Detection at Saitama Triennale 2016, and Dissolving into the World at Yokoyama Paratriennale 2017.
